Mkhululi Bhebhe

His desire is that his music “brings healing to the broken hearted and life to the dead”. “I have prayed hard about it and I know that God has already taken care of the rest. I poured my heart and soul into the project and I believe that it will change lives all across the world for the better. I have already received orders for more than 3 000 copies before the album has been released,” he said.
The Bulawayo-born star considers Zimbabwe his main market despite endearing himself with multitudes of fans in South Africa where he is based.

Sonia Whitlock

Sonia Wendy-Ann Whitlock originated from the accentuated parish of Fort King George Tobago. She accepted Christ at age twelve (12), and has been serving faithfully since then. Emerging out of her cocooned life, she began inundating the people of Tobago firstly with her vocal ability to sing. Her first professional performances were at Sunday school and special functions at church.
Today, Sonia Whitlock is a Minister of the Gospel, inspired and anointed woman of God who through word and song presents the Good News of Jesus Christ. She is known for her dynamic singing and ministry of the Word.

Angela Williams
From the Borough of Point Fortin came Reverend Angela Williams and her husband, Pastor Osbert Williams. They have been married now for 30 years and are the happy parents of five [5], Rev. Angela is an ordained minister of the Gospel with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the West Indies. She has been ministering to the Body of Christ nationally and internationally for over thirty- three [33] years. She presently serves as pastor alongside her husband at the Woodbrook Pentecostal Church, Trinidad. W.I. She has produced eight (8) Gospel albums.
Sean Daniel

Worship Leader at Faith Revival Ministries for over twenty years, Youth Leader since March 2011, and mentored by his papa in the faith, Apostle Bertril Beard.Began singing calypso at twelve (12) years old in 1987 at Tunapuna Boys RC. Continued at Queens Royal College performing Extempo and Calypso. Was a member of the Scouts’ Band playing the clarinet for a few years. Became involved in calypso events locally for the past fifteen years, with the help of his uncle, Alvin Daniell and friend Andy O’Brien.

The Montgomery Steel Ensemble

The Montgomery Steel Ensemble was formed when a group of young persons in the Montgomery Moravian Church, Bethel, Tobago, who were already playing the steelpan with other steelbands in the village, considered the idea of coming together to play for a function being hosted by the church. The proposal was put to the group’s Youth Advisor, Mrs. Beryl Jack, who immediately embraced the idea and straight away initiated plans for the formation of a music ensemble.

Gen-Ex

Gen-Ex is known for Singing Popular songs like No More, I’m Smiling, FYAH (feat.Stitchie) just to name a few. The group was also Awarded number of times for their achievements. Gen-Ex, who is also a Motivational Speaker, has worked with young people in many schools throughout Trinidad & Tobago. He is regularly called upon by many to minister, and in doing all this, he still manages to lead a ministry that helps the Poor and Needy successfully with the help of his hard working team, and at the same time he never forgets that God has also blessed him with a lovely wife and children whom he loves and cherishes.

Deacon Anne Marie George

Anne Marie was born in Scarborough, Tobago and began singing at a very young age with her siblings who were all musically inclined. She sang in a number of small groups and choirs including the Signal Hill Alumni Choir and also sang as a soloist for many years. She has been a member of Victory Outreach Church for the past sixteen (16) years and is ordained as a Deacon. She is one of the ministry’s Care Group leaders, part of the Victory Outreach Church Minstrels (Choir) and serves as a Worship Leader. She has helped trained worship teams from other churches and is the main organiser of the Praise and Worship teams for Jesus Rally each year.

Reverend Celia Downes

A native of Trinidad and Tobago, accepted the Lord Jesus at the early age of twelve (12). It was the prayer of her parents, Bishop Adolphus and Cynthia Downes, that the Lord will use her in the ministry of song. Indeed their prayers were answered, as Reverend Downes has been ministering as a lead vocalist for the past thirty-three (33) years throughout the Caribbean, North and South America, Hawaii, London and many parts of West Africa. She has produced six (6) albums and also received an honorary Doctorate of Divinity from the International Theological Seminary of California located in the United States of America.

Pastor of Kingdom Restoration International. Holds a degree & masters in theology and is currently perusing her doctorate. CEO of Michelle Modeste Ministries. Host of the annually held God Has A Plan Conference. Ministered in word and song internationally. Honored to be chosen by God and will love and serve Him continuously.

Blessed Manager

Tyronne Dominic Walters better known as the Blessed Messenger was born on the 27th June 1984, at Bethel Village Tobago. A Gospel Minister with a wide range of ability, talent and giftings. He started his singing career at the tender age of 14 in the Maranatha Christian Assembly Junior choir, where he was groomed and developed vocally. He then went on to be one of the lead singers in the gospel group called the “blessed messengers”. This group captivated the hearts and minds of the people with their unique blend and style of worship and infectious musical arrangements.

Joel Murray, recognized to the public as Positive, was born on the 20th of March 1987 in Scarborough, Tobago. He is the second and last child of Lindwall Murray and Eulda Murray. At an early age Positive displayed a strong passion for music that he cultivated his life into it. There, reggae became his first love. This love founded him to be the lead singer of a local reggae group, L.E.G.I.T., in Tobago. It was a struggle to be heard but L.E.G.I.T. overcame the odds and made an impact on the lives of many ministering in various concerts locally.

Gates Praise Music

Gates Praise Music label was birthed in the heart of visionary, Rev. Cecil Quamina of the First Church of the Open Bible, San Fernando, Trinidad, West Indies. In 1983, Rev. Quamina received the prophetic word from God found in Isaiah 60:18, “You shall call your walls Salvation, and your gates Praise.” First Church knows the power of God to restore and rebuild the broken and hopeless. Its history is one of restoration, from only eight foundational members in 1983, to a dynamic, transforming, community of care. With over 4500 in membership, First Church is one of more than 80 churches of the Open Bible Standard Churches of T&T.

Russell Garner and Milio Providence had a dream. A dream that became reality…
Having played music together for four years, Russell and Milio decided that they should establish their own music band. Not just any band; a gospel band with young individuals who possess undiscovered and hidden talents. This was no easy task, as it would mean locating other musicians and singers, identifying a place to practice and not to mention, a manage. Forward has broken religious barriers as our band consists of members from varying churches across Tobago whose aim is to preach Christ through music. Today, Forward is 22 members strong.

MITA
Ministry in the Arts (MITA) Academy is a growing Christian, cultural organisation which trains children and young adults in music, singing, dance, drama, choral speaking, speech band, spoken word and other art forms for exciting and creative Christian Ministry.
The Academy officially opened its doors on June 07th 2014 and boasts a current membership of over forty (40) students from various churches and communities across the island; some of who are as young as four years old.
